The Technion – Israel Institute of Technology – is the largest hub in Israel for research and education in engineering, science and medicine.
To maximize the Technion’s potential to address current and future challenges in the realm of human health, the Technion has launched the Technion Human Health Initiative (THHI).
This initiative aspires to spark the interest, commitment and engagement of investigators, teachers and students from all disciplines through exposure to challenges posed by Human Health in the broadest terms.
To promote advanced research in all these domains – from basic science, through diagnostics, pharma, materials, devices, big data and machine learning all the way to nutrition, design, architecture and well-being.
It is the Technion’s belief that this initiative will allow it to take a lead position in addressing grand challenges in Human Health in the near and distant future.
